Cultivating Servant Leaders

To achieve Kingdom results, we must bridge the significant gap between the hierarchical patronistic leadership prevalent in Pakistan and the humble, servant leadership exemplified by God's Kingdom. Embracing a different approach fosters collaboration, empowers individuals, and cultivates a culture of respect and dignity, ultimately leading to transformative outcomes that reflect our values and mission.

Three full time coaching teams work with multiple local networks leaders to engage and equip more than 3000 leaders  in 800+ churches to shift current harmful leadership concepts so as  to cultivate humble servant leaders who:

  • Serve others, not seek status

  • Are zealous for collaboration, not jealous of other leaders

  • Build trust, not fear

  • Inspire growth, not dependency

by providing:

  • COACHING

We offer coaching, not bosses. Our supportive environment empowers leaders to develop their strengths and embrace Kingdom values. Personalized guidance promotes servant leadership, humility, and a focus on God's will, fostering leaders who inspire and nurture others in their spiritual journey.

  • CONTENT

Pakistani pastors struggle to access theological education and resources, limiting their ability to create culturally relevant content. Our content provides leaders with theologically sound, instantly shareable truth while promoting new perspectives and a shared language among leaders and disciples.

  • COMMUNITY

Pakistani pastors experience isolation and lack of support, impacting their well-being and ministry. Building a supportive community enhances their emotional health, professional growth, and ministry effectiveness, fostering collaboration and strengthening church leadership.

Together, we can invest in leaders who invest in others

Pastor R is just one of the many fresh, young leaders, who are consistently building into the lives of the men and women in their community who understand the wonderful good news of Jesus and respond by helping others follow Jesus and to love the people of their community as Jesus would.

Currently our coaches are working more than 800 leadership teams - more than 3000 leaders.
